Fee Refund Process
- If Student is allotted a seat through JoSAA/ CSAB:
CSAB will transfer the admission fees to the Institute only for those students whose names are included in the CSAB Last Round list. If your name is not included in the list, you are advised to contact CSAB directly for further clarification.
Refund Form : If your name is included in the CSAB Last Round list and you wish to apply for a fee refund, please wait and regularly check the University website for further updates. The refund process will be announced on the University website and will commence after the University successfully receives the relevant list and funds from CSAB.
At present, the University has not received any information regarding the date on which CSAB will transfer the funds to the University
- If Student allotted a seat through GKV Counselling(against vacant seat) and admitted at Gurukula Kangri University but left the university :
Refund Form : The refund form will be sent to your registered email ID. Please check your email regularly and complete the form as per the instructions provided.
